February 2026 release

In the February release, new features were added that provide more insight into the financial situation. Search, import and the user experience were also further refined.

A new report with the following key figures:

  • Structural result
  • Fixed expenses ratio
  • Asset coverage
  • Savings ratio
  • Debt ratio
  • Automatic assessment

The structural monthly result and the fixed expenses ratio are now also available as KPIs in the Performance screen. Enable via Diagnosis indicators in Performance in the Settings screen.

Categories can now be classified according to the Nibud method, including:

  • Regular income
  • Fixed expenses
  • Reservation expenses
  • Household expenses
  • Other necessary expenses

A tooltip with explanation is available per group type. See Nibud category structure for a description per group type.

Search suggestions. While typing, suggestions appear, including amount filters.

Wildcards and search operators. *-wildcards and extended search operators are supported in both transactions and rules. Examples are in Search operators.

The calculated balance is compared with the bank balance. Deviations are flagged automatically. See Balance check.

A dropdown menu with quick actions is now available for accounts, including the Gap finder. This helps find missing transactions when the balance does not match.

During PSD2 import, duplicate transactions are also recognised when they are not exactly identical. See Duplicate detection.

Transaction charts can now also be grouped by group type. This aligns with the Nibud structure.

  • Pop-up screens (categories, rules, etc.) are movable in the web app.
  • The forecast checkbox in the Diagnosis report has been adjusted.
  • The balance of book accounts no longer appears in the transaction list.

The features are available in the web app from 11 February 2026. Activate via Menu → Software update. The Android and iOS apps will follow at a later date.
