Install on iOS
Spendle works on iPhone and iPad. The official app can be installed from the App Store, or Spendle can be added to your home screen as a web app via Safari.
App Store
Section titled “App Store”Open the App Store on your device or use this link directly: apps.apple.com/us/app/spendle/id1441881620. Tap the install button and Spendle appears on your home screen.
As a web app via Safari
Section titled “As a web app via Safari”Prefer the browser version? Spendle can be installed as a Progressive Web App directly from Safari. Two options:
Via the install button on spendle.eu
Section titled “Via the install button on spendle.eu”-
Open spendle.eu in Safari.

Go to the Install menu at the top right.

Choose Install PWA webapp and follow the instructions to add Spendle to the home screen.
Directly via Safari
Section titled “Directly via Safari”-
Open www.spendle.com/pwa in Safari.

Tap the share icon at the bottom (the square with the arrow pointing up).

Choose Add to Home Screen. Spendle appears among your other apps.
iOS app extras
Section titled “iOS app extras”- Share extension — in other apps, a file can be shared via Share > Spendle. A receipt or CSV file lands directly in Spendle to attach to a transaction or process as a bank import.
- Face ID login — activate biometric unlock via More > Settings > Biometric unlock to open your administration with Face ID.
Using without installing
Section titled “Using without installing”To try Spendle without installing, go to www.spendle.com/pwa in Safari. All features work; the only difference is there is no app icon on your home screen.
