Cancelling your subscription
Spendle does not renew automatically. After your licence expires, you can still open, view and export your administration.
Exporting your data
Section titled “Exporting your data”You can do this before and after your licence expires. With Export to file you make an encrypted backup for Spendle. With Everything (ZIP file) you get all your data as CSV files.

Open the hamburger menu and choose your administration.

Choose Export to file.

Choose Export CSV > Everything (ZIP file).

Download your attachments per year.

Store the files.

After expiry
Section titled “After expiry”Syncing, bank connections (PSD2) and importing transactions no longer work. When you open Spendle, a message about your licence appears. You can close it. You can buy a new licence via Purchase a licence. Upon renewal, extra PSD2 connections are reset to the default of 2; see Extra PSD2 connections.
Closing your account
Section titled “Closing your account”Do you also want your Spendle account and all cloud back-ups deleted? This is described in Close account, with a 5-day cooling-off period.
